IIDA Student Sustainable Design Competition 2009 (closed)

• The 7th Annual Student Sustainable Design Competition is pleased to announce  that the IIDA Foundation will partner with the Association and sponsor this year’s competition awards:  Best of Competition – $1,200, Award of Excellence – $600, and Honorable Mention – $300.  The competition recognizes  and celebrates  outstanding design  projects  from  students whose work advocates the principles of environmentally responsible design.  The deadline for entry is April 6th.  Download your application today.Please contact Michelle Kraker for more information.

  
  

NeoCon Brand Yourself Competition (closed)

• IIDA knows you can put together a great portfolio, but can you design a 3.5×2 inch business card, and can you make it memorable? IIDA challenges you to brand yourself!Send us your resume and two business cards by Wednesday, May 20th, and we will display them for NeoCon 2009 in Chicago. One winner will be chosen to receive a free membership for the 2009-2010 school year. Submissions can be mailed to:Michelle Kraker

IIDA Student Mentoring Week (closed)

• Student Members of IIDA will be matched up to network with a member of the interior design industry by spending the day in their area of design practice. Students will experience first-hand the work done to create a safe, dependable, and adaptable built environment.
