We are excited to celebrate one year in our LEED Gold office in the Merchandise Mart, so excited that we have decided to share a gift with you. Break Out Room
If you are a member of an IIDA Campus Center, and you are considering coming to Chicago, be sure to stop by our suite for a tour of the office. Additionally, there are many other showrooms housed within the Merchandise Mart so be sure to take full advantage of your trip by penciling them in too!
Learning Center
Our office was designed by Ken Wilson of Envision in Washington D.C. IIDA wanted the office to represent, essentially, each of our interior designers, which is why our ten specialty forums were incorporated throughout (residential, corporate, retail, sustainable…) As you walk through our space you can see where each specialty forum is represented. Additionally, this new office features three meeting centers, one is the Learning Center and the others are the North and South Boardrooms which are available to the public.
There are also casual break-out rooms for the staff and a light, uninterrupted flow is featured throughout with the use of class walls and doors.
We hope, if given the opportunity, you are able to come visit us soon!
